Kalypso - Sherbrooke

Salut to the chef! you eat is incredible. I come back to sherbrooke to eat again at kalypso. I had the 3 seafood (shrimps, oktopus, calamari) with volcanic sauce with rice and I was so impressed that I almost cried. the grilled brot, which seemed like the pita that comes with the meal, was great as well as the suppe. the volcanic sauce is fantastic, but spicy, so I would only recommend it if they have good spicy tolerance. in contrast to many restaurants Kalypso’s eating has a real taste. it's not boring!

The menu was easy, eating was delicious, waitress was jovialand friendly service was awsome,! I put it for birthday parties, meet with friends, romantic dinner in beautiful antille ambiente or even how I go their alone just to enjoy.

So delicious!! The two starters that come with the meal are lovely; fresh buttery pita bread with a unique selection of dipping sauces and a really interesting tomato based soup with pineapple. For the main I had the scallops with Coco Seychellois sauce (which I get every time because it’s so good I can’t bring myself to try a different one).

Adoré mon experience! Mon cocktail était excellent pour commencer. Ensuite les entrés de pain style naan et la soupe étaient délicieuses! Pour le repas, j'ai prit le maritime, avec pétoncles et crevettes. C'etait fantastique, les crevettes étaient cuites parfaitement et quoi dire de leur sauce au fromage! Woow!Mais la vrai vedette était le dessert. Le gateau keylime au fromage était dans le top 3 de mes dessert à vie! En gros une des meilleures place caché de sherbrooke!
