Tim Hortons - Shelby Township

Terrible experience! There was trash scattered all over the driveway and the drive-thru area. Is there even a manager at this location? If it looks this bad on the outside, I can only imagine how messy it must be behind the scenes! I'm really disappointed that Shelby Township allows this to continue.

In the photo, all the donuts are included in the Dozen price, except for the Green Frosted donuts on the left, which are classified as Holiday donuts and are priced higher. I wanted to get a few for my grandkids and was surprised to find out that these weren't included in the Dozen price. They seem to be the same size as the other donuts, and the other varieties have sprinkles, so I'm not sure what the difference is. It seems that just labeling them as "Holiday" makes them more expensive.

The wait for our food was excessively long. I received an unmelted grilled cheese panini and a bagel with cream cheese, despite being the only ones in line. It felt incredibly lazy!

I had a disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. The staff were incredibly rude and seemed unmotivated. Each time I visit, the person at the drive-thru acts like they'd rather be anywhere else. I ordered one donut and one coffee, but where are the sprinkles? Plus, my coffee tasted burnt.

The staff never smiles and doesn't speak at the drive-thru. On my second visit, my order was incorrect again. I won't be returning. They really need new staff; most of them seem young and displeased with their jobs.
