Tim Hortons - Shelburne

No toilet paper at all. Very dirty. bathrooms. The quality of Tim Hortons has gone waaaaay down hill. The staff couldn’t care less about it either. Their new staff have lowered the store standards dramatically. I won’t be returning. It’s not just this Tim Hortons. The one in oxford NS had their toilet paper in a donut box on the floor.

During my visit from the States, I was surprised by the disorganization of this highly-rated restaurant. Honestly, even the worst McDonald's I've been to would be a better option than this place. The food was flavorless, and my order was completely incorrect. I can't recommend this restaurant to anyone; it seems they really need to train their staff on how to prepare food and coffee accurately. The only positive experience I had was with Kaitlyn—she was the only professional employee who was able to rectify my issues and truly understood my concerns. She was the saving grace of my visit.

Best tim i have been visited. Girl on window (Harman) was best . She was polite nd food was also good .

There was a long line out the door because they prioritized the drive-thru service.

This Tim Hortons is easily the worst in the province, if not all of Canada. There's consistently a 20-minute wait in the drive-thru, and when you finally reach the speaker, they often don't have three-quarters of what you want. Mornings are a bit better, but from noon to 10 PM, you could end up waiting forever.
