I recently visited a small ice cream stand that offers vegan cashew ice cream made by Cashew Bros, a company based in Nova Scotia. I suggest reaching out to them through their Facebook page to confirm availability. Today, I was lucky to snag the last of their dairy-free ice cream. I tried the peanut butter chocolate chip flavor and found it to be delicious, although quite rich and sweet.
