Monk's Butcher - Seoul

Typically, I found vegan places in Seoul to be cafe like, which is fantastic, but this place is a bit more upmarket and more of a treat. Perfect date night! Food is interesting, delicious and filling.

Monk's Butcher has delicious food that is visually stunning. The complexity of some of the dishes and flavor blending is great, but I can't give a higher rating that this to a place that leaves me hungry after spending that much money. Even the main dishes are like appetizer portions.

Located on level 2 through a small door on the main street. Absolute delight of a vegan restaurant. Food sublime. The portion sizes are generous to say the least, so the small plates are actually pretty large and really just mean order a side. Delightful mix of dishes with vegan pasta, burgers, fried rice amongst others on offer. Delicious food, lovely setting, and good service.

We reserved a table for lunch and enjoyed the food a lot. I recommend here if you are looking for vegan/vegetarian options in Seoul.
