McDonald's - Selkirk

We had a hockey tournament at the St Andrews Community Club, so we went to Selkirk for lunch. The children chose McDonald 's and I am usually not impressed by the staff in many fast food facilities. The two women working the front counter were absolutely wonderful. I could read a nameplate Faith. Faith was in the toilet and she was very nice and fast. Nothing on our order was missed and it even came to delete our table. When we were gone, she told us we had a nice day. A pleasant experience around a busy daytime for them!

I usually don't have a problem here, but I had some trouble the other day. I did a mobile job when I had my three kids with me. Then I waited about 25 minutes for 3 happy meals. There was a lad that executed late commands for the Drive-Thru people. So I went in and spoke to the lady at the counter who told me that the screens for mobile commands don't work. I asked her how long I should sit there before I said they didn't work, and then asked why there were no signs. No answer. Long story boring, had to reorder the food, and not even an offer for a voucher or anything. I wouldn't have taken it, but there should have been at least one offer. Otherwise, I was one of the better McDs.
