Papa Joe's - Seiersberg

After we had our Christmas celebrations there for several years and were always very satisfied papa joes in graz was again our starting point. Unfortunately, this turned out to be an absolute mistake. the personal was underoccupied, demotivated and annoyed. from eating it was ok, but did not reach the standard of the last few years and unfortunately were partly not served the drinks we had ordered as guests but what the waiter who spoke very badly German thought we might think. then also went out to some drinks and we were told that the personal wanted to go home. there was nothing more to drink on the bar because the waiters prefer to decorate the tables for the next day....In short, disappointing :(but if you consider that in the time of Christmas celebrations usually good locals are always booked out and then this looks on Saturday night that was almost empty locally to suspect that several people had to make this bitter experience.

We were eating there - although there are many bad critikens - and were surprised. personal extremely friendly, quality and above all quantity of food delicious and much too much. who was born has received a surprise in the form of a dessert variation, although my son celebrated his birthday before a week, he received this surprise. I have to say I liked it very well. In view of the negative critics, hardly any guests were there, so in the section 2 we had waiters only for us who tried very hard.

I was in this local food and was at the end treated by the managing director and pulled over the table... because the offer that a great plate was priced for €15 was allegedly valid only on certain days...what is nowhere. so I had to pay 26€ and was also referred to locally when I spoke to the people working there. In addition, I called a day later there and pretended to be more ignorant. asked when the offer is valid. the answer surprised me. the waiter said every day until 31.5. so in my eyes the managing director is under all ___ instead of an excuse that you made a mistake you are being puffed. a few details I leave at this place as I get otherwise vl problemse. but to info... these details would make the papa joes even worse. so on a hopefully soon R.I.P papa joes
