Vegetarisches Ginko - Graz

Great spot for all likings (and dietary requirements) Ginko is an all vegan buffet-organized restaurant. most of the dishes are gluten free. They have a broad range of cold and warm dishes one can choose from. The different salads and main courses cover eastern-mediteranean, adriatic-mediteranean as well as Austrian home cuisine and include for example oven roasted veggies, quinoa, dahls and curries or stews such as ratatuille. The menu varies daily, all dishes are prepared on site and produce is sourced locally and of organic quality. The prize is by weight of the plate, in general it is on the higher side, but definitely worth every penny! I highly recommend this place.

We were satisfied several times and always. there is a daily changing buffet with very good choice. the price goes by weight and is appropriate. it is also possible to take the trenches, as it becomes somewhat cheaper. also there are highly recommended cakes and torts. updated from previous review to 2022-03-24

I was really very excited about this restaurant as I had only read good about it, but was somewhat disappointed. that eat tastes good, but nothing really special. the cakes and torts are really highly recommended and in itself I would definitely eat again there.
