My daughter visited the restaurant recently, and while I know I didn’t spell it correctly, the experience was almost as wonderful as the meals my mother used to make. I had planned to go on Tuesday, but now I’m not sure if everyone will be gone by the time I visit on Friday.

The bread was excellent, and the Danish pastry was above average. The donuts were decent, although not quite as good as those from the local competitor, Park Bakery. There were plenty of employees on hand, so there was no waiting in line, although it felt a bit pricey—$17.75 for a dozen donuts and a Danish, which came to $20 with tax. The selection of baked goods wasn't the widest. Overall, I wouldn't consider it a 5-star bakery, but it's definitely above average—I'd give it 4 stars.

Great place. Also breakfast sandwiches and lunch sandwiches.
