Way to ruin the subway atmosphere. Customer service is not like in other subway places. We were having difficulties understanding the coupons and this one lady embarassed us in front of other customers. Will go back for the food, but only if this lady's not working here. Very small location but that 's fine. There is one person who works here, not really sure what their position is but they are a little eccentric and very helpful. The reason I mention that is because the menu must have changed. The only thing I didn 't really like was the fact that there does not seem to be a lot of dine-in space and the tables and chairs were very dirty! Every single one of them. Tip option. Get rid of it. Also this is kind of unrelated and obviously applies to the company as a whole but if you still have that crispy chicken sandwich get rid of it right now as well. So soggy and nasty. This company has no idea how fried chicken works.
