Bbq Chicken - SE

I ordered two different chicken flavors from BBQ Chicken on Uber Eats, including my favorite and a new flavor I wanted to try. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with both. Despite the great packaging, which was properly sealed, the chicken arrived barely warm, with no signs of steam or moisture in the box. The center of the chicken was cold, and it had a noticeable taste of freezer burn, indicating that it was not properly defrosted or cooked long enough. This was my first time ordering from this location, and while I appreciate the effort in packaging, the quality of the food was disappointing. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.

Spicy crispy chicken is what I order every time. It's not too greased, super crispy and the spiciness is just perfect to negate the greasy part of fried chicken. Price is only 20 dollars and the quantity is decent compared to other nearby places that sell chicken. It is highly recommended. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
