The Shorehouse Restaurant was a true highlight of our first visit to this area of Scotland. The food was outstanding The seafood plater is food for the gods, service was friendly and unrushed. The setting is well worth the time taken to get there, all in all a wonder evening out.
Amazing restaurant with incredible views, lovely staff and the freshest seafood you will find. Make sure to book ahead we saw several people turned away as they were full.

What a delightful restaurant! We were fortunate to arrive around noon and managed to get a table without a reservation. As you may have read in other reviews, the food is incredible, made with love, beautifully presented, and simply delicious. However, the most enchanting aspect of this place is that it’s a true family business. You’re not just purchasing a meal here; you’re supporting the hard work and dedication of a passionate young woman who takes immense pride in what she does. It’s truly worth it!
