Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Scott

I don’t know why I keep coming back to that location in Scott. Every time you ask for spicy they give you mild and they don’t ask if you want mild. I recently ordered a 2 can dine and I told the cashier what kind of chicken I wanted he told me I couldn’t choose what pieces I wanted because it was a coupon. What if I didn’t like what pieces I was getting. I have never had that happen to me before. Just rude. They always seem to disappoint me.

Although the drive thru mic wasn't loud enough. The people were really helpful and nice. Chicken was actually juicy. Great job y'all

People were nice, food was terrible. Got a 5 price strip with fries and a lemonade, for $15. Two of the strips were completely undercooked so I threw those out, the other 3 were bland and tasted just like the churches next door on a bad day. The fries were the same, bland and greasy to the point where I couldn’t even finish them. The biscuit was good, as well as the lemonade but then there’sa another problem. They gave me no straw, and didn’t put the cap on correctly so it spilled on me as I was leaving the parking lot. I’ve eaten here plenty of times in the past before they have gotten this bad, it is absolute trash for the price and I will not be back. And as the always empty parking lot tells me, most people think the same, please close this location.

Fast, efficient, hot and spicy! Just like I like it!
