Venice On Vine

Venice on Vine is a long-standing nonprofit establishment in OTR focused on helping provide work and reform for individuals facing barriers to employment, such as incarceration. And so, it is one of the few eateries in OTR truly focused on improving social good.The service is very friendly, the food is basic Italian fare (subs, pizza, pasta), and the prices are very reasonable. It's not the fanciest food in the neighborhood, but that's also not the point. The prices are very reasonable for what you get and everyone is very polite.They provide lunch service 6 days a week and dinner service 2 nights a week.We really need more small, local, value-based places like this in the neighborhood (and the city) vs another expensive place from the big restaurant groups or chains.

My husband ken Hooper went through this program when it first started years ago..He loved this place .

Probably the worst pizza spot in OTR. I recommend Taglio or Goodfellas over this place all day.
