Orangerie im Schloss - Schwerin

We stopped here to finish a fantastic burgtour. the pfefferling (a kind of mushroom of season) and the steak of my man were fantastic, but I found my band noodles a little fad, as they were seasoned only with olive oil and dry mushrooms. the desserts were however very good, light, not too heavy, and the waiters were very friendly.

Spectacular view and environment, good service, but average eating. could not pay with visa or mastercard.

Beautiful room. it is possible to sit outside in the sun and enjoy the view of a part of the park and the lake. price in order

Of course, this place looks very beautiful, as it is part of the hardhearted castle. However, please think twice about it before they go there. the personal has totally ignored us (because we are tourists? but we were really attracted!) ... I do not understand this, as this region is not yet very well known and tourist (especially foreign tourists) must discover it. if they have finally given up an order, it takes a long time and a part of the order has not arrived (the waitress has forgotten it).)? again it took a lot of time to direct the attention of the waitress to my order (a piece of cake, literally :-)), while my partner began eating his suppe. . . that was also a problem. card payment under € 20,- was not possible. and cash we did not. the waitress had to ask if one could be taken, and then ignored us again for another 10 minutes. . . . terrible and unfriendly!

Do not even have to go there, unless they enjoy being ignored and having served inferior food. Now I know why most restaurants are in heavy half empty. they cook home better eat. poor tourist.
