Thank you, to the very kind two young men that were working when I went in to pick up the sandwiches. Very clean restaurant.Vegetarian options: You have your choices of flat bread or breads. Choice of fresh vegetables. If you like the dressings, you have choices as well. The veggie sub with Italian dressing for me, please! Thank you.
I usually love subway but I ordered online for curbside pick up yesterday and as I was getting ready to leave I realized I did not have my car keys with me. I couldn 't figure out how to cancel online and I have called the store 8 times. No one answers. My order was marked as picked up even though I did not pick it up. They can pull the camera footage if need be.. I just want my money back.
Horrible experience the two ladies working today were very rude . I purchase a sandwich yesterday that had rotten avocado in it and I went in person to request a replacement. Both female employees refused to replace or refund said purchased food. I asked for mangers info and both refused to provide it or a resolution to the matter at hand . I’ve attempted to call the store number multiple times and the phone line is not working .
The mother and daughter who work here are both extremely rude and very disrespectful. Pathetic service from them. As soon as the manager left her attitude was clear she didn’t want to be bothered, the women didn’t want to redo my order they act like they are not responsible for messing up your online order. Everyone else was very polite. The assistant manager and manager who was helping before she left was polite and specifically told the older employee to toast the two sandwiches but she clearly didn’t. FYI I only make online orders here because of the convenience of the location. This is my first time having this experience here I was not expecting for the mother and daughter to escalate a simple request into a complaint. I don’t appreciate the disrespect. Never got my sandwich replaced or a refund…all I wanted was my sandwich toast, some people just don’t belong in hospitality and food service. ?????
I ordered 4 sandwiches, every one of them was wrong and the sauces were giving the whole sandwiches, the bread was soggy it was a mess. I tried to call and they never answered, finally days later I reached a manager and they said they could get remade when we came in. I went into the store and waited after I told them what I was here for cause they had ppl in line but when she asked me what I wanted she was very rude. Last time I had the same problem w the same person, she’s an old lady w white hair and red glasses, she’s very rude and she’s the reason I won’t be coming back to this store. I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcomed and this isn’t the first time by her.
