First, let me say when we walked back to our table. We were told our server would be a girl named Abby. After 15 minutes or so no one came to our table. We asked a girl who was training a young man. If she could find out who our server was. There was some sort of mix-up. I guess the girl that was supposed to take care of us wasn't even punched in yet. Let me tell you this girl. Samantha, we kept calling her. Sam, she was working in the front of the restaurant and continuously came to the back to make sure that we were properly taken care of. What an awesome job and what a great waitress!. I truly realize what an inconvenience. It was for her to keep running back and forth but let me tell you her service, her attitude and her smile More than made up for it. Thank you Sam for going above and beyond.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Red Robin, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a casual meal with friends or family. What truly made our visit outstanding was our server, Meagan. From the moment we were seated, Meagan greeted us with a friendly smile and genuine enthusiasm. She was incredibly attentive throughout our meal, ensuring that our drinks were always topped up and that we had everything we needed. Meagan’s knowledge of the menu was impressive, and she offered great recommendations that suited our tastes perfectly. Her professionalism combined with her personable nature made us feel right at home. The food was delicious, as always, but it was Meagan’s excellent service that truly stood out and made our dining experience memorable. If you’re looking for a place with great food and even better service, I highly recommend Red Robin. And if you’re lucky enough to have Meagan as your server, you’re in for a fantastic time!
There’s shows like the bear with amazing people and then there’s restaurants like Red Robin Schereville. Not once but twice they’ve purposely messed up a DoorDash order which is expensive!! And a clear act of aggression by one of their employees. I check the receipt and I’m clear about what should and shouldn’t be on my burger. This time I asked for my toppings w/ extra so they don’t forget and they purposely added something I didn’t want. And didn’t put something I requested. So disgusting. If they can add things and remove things at their discretion who’s to say they aren’t spitting in it too? Clearly didn’t add onions and put on mayo. Last time they didn’t put pickles or ketchup. Close the store earlier if you don’t wanna be there. Who’s to say you haven’t put cow meat on my impossible burger. I actually feel very sick.
We came in on 2/11/23 to celebrate my husband’s 70 th birthday because Red Robin is one of his favorite restaurants. We were there at around 3:30 pm and it was not really busy. Our server whose name I don’t recall took our drink orders there was 12 of us) and our appetizers orders. It took forever for both to get to our table. She took our food order and pretty much disappeared. She never came to clear any of the plates or drink cups our table was cluttered. Thank goodness another server showed up and brought our food with a quickness. He was wonderful and we all said that we wished we could have given him the tip . My daughter also mentioned that it was my husband’s birthday because in the past the servers sang or brought a dessert which we would have paid for. The female server didn’t even come back to ask if we would like dessert or anything else. We asked for the check because we were splitting it and she just said you pay on the tabletop and walked away. My son asked for a container for his hamburger and fries and the container was maybe big enough for a cupcake. We were so disappointed because some of us were just there last week and the service was fantastic. I wish a manager would have come around to see how everything was but , that never happened. This guy was awesome he took a family picture for us and even left one for us The 2 stars is for the original server not the restaurant.
