Teibels does it again!! Fabulous. What a great place to enjoy and celebrate Festivus at! Perch and chicken were as good as they have been for years. Amy our waitress was amazing and on top of it before we ever asked! Well done Teibels. Thank you for making our Festivus Celebration complete!

Very good restaurant. The staff is very friendly, very efficient. The soups are out of this world. My favorite, the Southwestern Chicken Tortilla. The fried chicken and lake perch are addictive. Delicious. From the luncheon menu to dinner menu,I have loved everything on the menu. Would recommend Teibel' Family Restaurant to everyone.

I’ve been a fan of Teibel’s my entire life. Having lived out of town for 20 years, though, it’s rare I’m able to get there. But I was able to make it into the cafe tonight, and the chicken meal was as good as I remember it being (that breading is my favorite, and I’m such a fan of the vinegar-based coleslaw). What I really want to give a shoutout to, though, is the serving staff. Our server was wonderful. She couldn’t have been more kind or attentive, and even offered us a way to get a cheaper meal (lunch menu instead of a dinner entree). But the whole team should be commended for the professionalism with which they handled two separate disgruntled guests who book ended our visit. These men behaved like children, berating the staff with name calling, swear words and racial slurs. It was disgusting. The staff was calm and professional the entire time, giving the men much more respect than they deserved. I hope the men who came in tonight and behaved that way hop on here to leave their own reviews so that they can read the following (the servers were too kind and composed to say this to you, but I will): 1. Your behavior was sad and pathetic. 2. Please go get the therapy you clearly desperately need. If you for one second believe you appropriately handled an unwanted tomato in your salad or a messed up to-go order, please revisit points one and two above.

I've been eating at Teibel's since I was little. I moved to Texas but I make sure to go back each time I come back to visit. It was just as good as I remember. The rolls and cream of chicken soup were excellent as well as the lake perch. Our waitress, Sheila, was very attentive and friendly. No wonder they've been in business so long. The food is excellent and hasn't changed much in over 40 years. I can't wait to go back!!
