Sea Flame Seafood Steakhouse

I made a reservation, which was confirmed as I’m able to write this review. My wife and I dressed up for our anniversary dinner at this steakhouse that our daughter highly recommended. Upon arrival, however, we were surprised to find it closed. The lights were off, and the door was locked—there was no one inside. I tried calling, but no one answered. I thought we might have arrived too early (just ten minutes), but the hours posted on the door stated they open at 12 PM. It was clear the restaurant wasn’t preparing for dinner; it was completely empty. We ended up leaving and found an Italian restaurant down the street that we really enjoyed. We discovered our new favorite place! After our meal, we walked by the steakhouse again to see if it had opened, but it hadn't. I just don’t understand how they could take a reservation, confirm it, and then be closed at the reserved time. I can’t comment on the food since we didn’t get to try it, but next time, we’ll simply go to the restaurant that was actually open.

The entire experience, from the dining to the service, was fantastic. The staff was very attentive and knowledgeable about the wines and dishes on the menu.

As a returning customer, I've noticed inconsistent service and food that doesn't meet USDA cooking standards. Proceed with caution if you choose to dine here.

Food good... service horrible. When we arrived for dinner, the maître d' was sitting at a table with guests. We had to get his attention to be seated. The waiters didn't check on our table as expected and we had to ask for our table to be cleared of crumbs. Service is everything and for the money spent, I expected more. I would not return. I choose to spend my money where I feel wanted.

We had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. It was my father's birthday and our first time there right off the bat we were treated like family. My dad is 79 years old and said that was the best steak he has ever had. The service was impeccable. I will be returning. Thank you so much for everything.
