I recently enjoyed a brisket sandwich with sea salt fries and slaw pickles from The Garage BBQ in Scarborough, ME. The brisket was juicy and served on perfectly crispy Texas toast—absolutely next-level! I also really enjoyed the sides. If you find yourself in that area (or near the beach), this place is a must-try!
