Happy Garden - Scarborough

The food was greasy, overcooked, and not very appetizing. It seems like the dishes might be held for too long before serving. The chicken wings were burnt and overly greasy. I won't be returning.

We stayed at a hotel and ordered food for delivery. It arrived incredibly quickly, brought by a really friendly delivery person. I can honestly say it was the best Chinese food I've ever tasted! I really wish they had a location in my area. I will definitely return!

The boneless ribs were fantastic, but the entrees were completely lacking in flavor. My mother and I both agreed that our dishes were the worst Chinese food we've ever had. The food had no taste, the vegetables were too raw, and the meat was tough. We would have been better off driving to Panda Express.

Good food but be careful. They can tend to upgrade your order if you're not careful they've done it to me twice. That is for example I'd order a few things I could maybe a couple large orders with small orders included but they made large orders and charged me for that and while I didn't complain because I love Chinese food and they do it well expect to spend about 30 bucks each time worth it though.

Portland as a whole was underwhelming, but ordering in and having this delivered after a long drive was awesome. Food was done perfectly, piping hot on delivery, courteous service, and the best Chinese food I have ever had. They saved our stop in Portland from being completely wasted.
