The Plough Inn - Scarborough

While we were heading to York from Whitby, we were disappointed that we couldn't visit the Abbey due to the weather. However, we were pleasantly surprised to come across this restaurant. We tried the carvery which was delicious. The staff were very accommodating to us two vegetarians and the food tasted incredible.

What a lovely surprise to find such a friendly pub especially with our two dogs. The staff could not do enough for us and our little doggies. Sunday roast was gorgeous and are going back on Tuesday for tea. Excellent customer service, you all should be so proud of what you are doing and are a shining example to other establishments!!

Gorgeous little pub in a gorgeous place! Went with my boyfriend and the place is super friendly with lovely staff, food was gorgeous and such generous portions too! Super lovely and would 100% return : keep up the good work!
