Damonte - SAVONA

I was told to get fresh pasta here because it was the best place in Savona. I was advised to try the “Pansotti con sugo di noci”. I went in the morning and the place was full of people. That is a good sign. I took a number and waited a few minutes. The women are very polite and tried to help me as much as they could in italian. The pasta is deliciously filled with spinach and the saus is so smooth and nutty. The perfect combination. I’ll definitely be coming back to buy more pasta here.

For sure one of the mandatory stop over in Savona in order to taste the best regional specialities. Excellent staff andgood prices.
