Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Savage

Apparently spending $27. doesn't entitle you to so much as a cheap drink holder. Sorry, you must buy 3 drinks because yes, we are that stingy here. What other areas of quality do you skimp on simply to save a few pennies Scrooge McDuck?

Smoothies and flatbreads (chipotle chicken pesto) were great! Detox smoothie is a savior after a night out. Would be a 5 star if there were a gf option for food!

This is my first time dining at this restaurant, and the smoothie is delicious! I can't wait to bring my family and friends to try it.

We always enjoy the food and service at Tropical Smoothie. This is our second visit this week. After leaving the gym, we always look for something quick and healthy. The chicken buffalo wrap is delicious, and the Bahama Mama protein smoothie is excellent.

Yesterday, I picked up a GrubHub order from this restaurant and had a terrible experience with the customer service. The lady at the front, with black hair and cat eye makeup, refused to give me a drink carrier for two large smoothies. I explained that I needed one to prevent them from spilling in the car, as I had another order to carry as well and no space in my drink holders. Despite my explanation, she still denied my request. I then asked for a bag, as I couldn't just place two large smoothies on the seat or floor of my car without them spilling and creating a mess. She also initially refused to give me a bag. It was ridiculous that she argued with me about providing a bag for the smoothies. Eventually, after insisting, she reluctantly gave me a bag. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again and they have lost a potential customer. When a customer asks for a drink carrier or bag, it should be provided without argument. It's disappointing that this even needs to be said.
