The customer service at the Apple Valley location is quite disappointing. My child and I visited today, and we weren’t greeted at all. We waited for about 10 minutes with no one else in the store, and the staff member kept walking past us without acknowledging our presence. They definitely need to improve their customer service training! I wish I could give them zero stars.
Crumbl is fantastic! The cookies are always delicious, the staff is friendly, and the service is quick—even on busy nights, the wait is minimal!
The app is user-friendly, the service is excellent, and the cookies are delicious!
It's always a guilty pleasure to visit this place! Parking isn't too bad either.
