We order the food and hear nothing about a delay or anything for 15 minutes so we reach out he says Hi welcome to sonic how may I help you as if we didn’t order. “the order will be right out” . He clearly forgot the order and was unwilling the address the mistake. We hear nothing for another 5-10 then Call the button with no response. I decide to get out but there’s no way to communicate as they won’t acknowledge I’m at there employee door. I call again and he answers again saying welcome to sonic how may I help you. I tell him we’re the same people he responds with we sent you a refund. As if use sitting there for 40 and driving there isn’t worth getting the food free at there very least. The bring the food out it wasn’t very warm and the amount of meat on the pork sandwiches was minimal less than 2 ounces of meat. They did put free slushys card in the box and the gentleman that brought out the food apologized but the guy on the microphone didn’t care whatsoever…..
Asked for no lettuce and tomatos it even said it on the receipt but I guess competence was a little too much to expect. Wish I could leave 0 stars also wish I could have the tip I left back the people working obviously dont deserve it
The park in service has been getting worse, we have been here now 40mins and no food. Yet they keep telling us they are about to bring it out…Already says we picked up our food on the App.
Got food poisoning twice here now. The burgers ????
12/18/23, 4:50pmWe ordered ahead (paid ahead) pulled into the spot, checked in waited… after 20 minutes of being ignored, we went up to the window. 3 guys were in there on their phones, not working. Knocked on the window, completely ignored. The poor person at the drive through had been waiting at least 25 minutes. Ignored as well. We left. Completely unacceptable, I contacted corporate.
