If I wasn’t starving would have left. This place is poorly managed. Staff openly arguing. Mold on tortillas. Out of many ingredients and kids milk at 8 pm. Counter very messy. Nothing good to say about this. This has been in decline for a while.
Yeah I don’t know why there isn’t a 0 star button for this place. I ordered my food to be ready at 5:20. I showed up at 5:15, didn’t even get my food until 6 pm. 40 minutes AFTER the time bc of the service. I was in the car line for 40 minutes and there’s no way out of line if you need to leave or go. Rude service and food was cold. My food order also wasn’t even correct. They put so much extra stuff that I didn’t have on my order into the bowl. Didn't have my drink and didn’t offer me a new one. Didn’t seem to care at all they took forever. Do not go to this location, just don’t.
My drive thru order is 30 minutes late and now I am stuck in line (can't get out)for pickup even though app says ready. So upset, never coming to savage location again. Tried using chat in app, useless. I am adding to this note. I tried to get a refund from the chat, only AI, will not resolve the issue. Just terrible.
I think we all have our hit or miss stories with Chipotle. If you find a more consitent process such as going inside, over mobile or drive thru options. Stick with it and you should have a higher rate of success. Sadly we strayed and and chose the drive through and paid for that decision. In our experience the drive thru and mobile orders lack the generosity that the in store orders receive. This, combined with thr huge price increases make the experience feel less valuable.
