La Bigouden - Saumur

Really enjoyed our meal here. We had dithered where what to eat tonight and settled on this creperíe saladerie. We started with a shared salad Triskel salad with cooked chicken) and then each had a galette one “Norvegienne” smoked salmon spinach) and the other “Popeye” ham, spinach egg). Very yummy yet light sustaining. We then followed with a Soeur Suzette and Belle Ile. All in all, a very pleasant relaxed evening with freshly cooked food and friendly, polite staff.

The staff were wonderful (especially Julie) and the meal was even better. Everyone was really friendly and helpful and the galettes and crepes were amazing. We like it so much we will definitely go back there when we visit Saumur in September.

Superb galettes and crepes served at this lovely creperie in Saumur made with delicious ingredients. Very friendly staff and great location just off the main street away from the crowds.

Had lunch here on our last day in Saumur. I only wished we had visited sooner as we would have definitely returned. The salad I ordered was amazing! 10/10 good value for money.

De passage sur Saumur, nous sommes tombés sur cette crêperie et nous avons bien fait de nous y arrêter!! Repas copieux et délicieux. Service rapide et agréable. Je vous le recommande vivement!!
