Tamra Mediterranean Grill - Saratoga

This is now the third consistent time it has been deeply disappointing. The ambiance is great and the servers are excellent. However, everything else (the food) is not so good. You pay premium prices for small plate sizes. You would expect top quality food. However, the rice was surprisingly hard. The chicken was dry. The lamb so chewy it was almost inedible. The hummus tasted bitter. The water was unfiltered tap water. It seems they try to hide the poor quality of food by covering everything in thick sauces and extra spices. It is too much. I've had to scrape off the heaps of sauce from the 4 small pieces of chicken just to eat poorly cooked dry chicken. For reference, try the Mediterranean places in San Francisco, like Old Jerusalem and Yasmin. Mediterranean is my favorite food and I will sadly be never coming back here.

The hotel is located on a corner stripe shopping center close to a gas station and a real estate agency, you would simply not think that this would be a good idea. But that's it! Great staff (Juan was just the best) and the food was delicious and tasteful. I had the falafel wrap, which comes with two sides I chose hummus and eggplants and it is very filled. It looks like manageable amount, but it's pretty full! I brought the two dives home that my husband really liked. This place is worthwhile via the highway for!

I thought because of the name that it was burgers and so, but this place surprised us to serve Mediterranean food! It was amazing! The place is small, ideal for group settings or for couples. We're definitely coming back.

We thought we were a bite on the street. They are very friendly and have helped us with recommendations. Should you try Steak!

This is a really beautiful, fantastic Mediterranean restaurant. No coffee shop!
