The very very nice lady who helped me was such a gem and I just wanted to thank her, I think her name tag said Frixie and she is the best. Made my morning so much brighter

The coffee here is excellent, but the prices are a bit high. The atmosphere is wonderful, making it a great spot to use your computer and connect to their Wi-Fi. The staff is very friendly, which is one of the reasons I enjoy visiting this Starbucks. Also, the parking lot is easy to navigate compared to other Starbucks locations in my area. If the prices were lower, I would definitely give it a 5-star rating. I had a venti blended mocha Frappuccino for my review, and it cost me $7 due to the additional espresso shot.

The service at this location is truly exceptional, both within and outside its industry. Every member of the staff makes an effort to connect with the customers personally. They have not only remembered my name and my usual order, but they also recall my son's name and his very specific request for a venti iced water in a grande cup. Whenever a line starts to form, the manager takes the time to greet customers personally, apologizing for any wait and working hard to ensure everyone is promptly served. The drinks are also better here. Perhaps it's because I leave feeling really happy, or maybe it's because the baristas are dedicated to perfecting their craft. I highly recommend stopping by to see this wonderful team!

"Another coffee chain has entered our lovely Sarasota, and unfortunately, it’s rather disappointing. The coffee is ordinary and overpriced, and the pastries are quite small. While the quality is commercial, the prices are anything but. The ambiance is nice, with floor-to-ceiling glass windows that create an illusion of being outdoors, and there is genuine outdoor seating available as well. However, it seems that the high-tech aspects of the business take precedence over enhancing the customer experience. I would rate it 1 out of 3 Yum."
