H2o Bistro - Sarasota

Recht schlecht organisiert und beim Essen wird an allen Ecken und Enden gespart. Hier gibt es das Frühstück.

Camilo took amazing care of me at the bar. Had a great chicken pasta. Really enjoy the hotel and the staff. I’ve stayed here a few times and the same people are here each time, which is a good sign in my opinion. Quality place to eat and rest!

Breakfast was rudely served by Hotel Indigo's General Manager, Shannon May. She was the only waitstaff, per her choice, and served our food cold because she was working in her office instead of serving her customers/hotel guests.

Enjoyed a really good frittata. It was a very large portion. It came out steaming hot in the casserole dish. Served with the rosemary potatoes and choice of bread.

We were looking for a casual restaurant close to us and found the H2O Bistro in the Indigo Hotel. The menu is somewhat limited and the ambiance is that of a hotel lobby, but the food was good and reasonably priced. There was no wait to be seated, but it took a while for our food to come. Crab cakes and chicken club sandwich were tasty and the salad fresh. Our server Tim was attentive and pleasant.
