Domino's Pizza - Sarasota

Terrible experience. I ordered delivery from a restaurant only a 5-minute drive away, but the food arrived cold and poorly made. There was hardly any pizza sauce on the pizza. I'm tired of paying too much for subpar quality. The person who made my pizza definitely does not deserve a Christmas bonus.

I haven't had Domino's pizza in a while, and I didn't used to like it. But if you're in the same boat, do yourself a favor and try their garlic knots and crispy thin pizza - you won't be disappointed. The food is delicious and hot, the ordering process is easy, and overall it's a great experience.

I contacted the Webber store to place a delivery order. The employee informed me that Cattleman Store would be handling the delivery. I ordered 2 pizzas and 1 appetizer, but when the order arrived, I only received the appetizer and 1 pizza. I contacted Cattleman and the manager told me that she could not do anything for me because I had placed my order online. I explained that I had actually placed my order over the phone, but she insisted that I had ordered online and forgotten to add the extra pizza to my cart. I expressed that this was not correct, but she continued to argue that her system showed otherwise. I offered to pay for the second pizza (not looking for a free pizza), but I felt it was unfair to pay the delivery fee twice for an order that was taken incorrectly and incomplete. Because of this experience, I have decided to take my business to Marco's or Joey D's down the street next time.

Ordered 2 philly cheese steaks. We got 2 vegi. Pizzas instead. Called in and the redid the order. Bad start for first time order from this store.

Pizza was delivered soggy and the sandwich was undercooked. My wife called to complain to the store manager and he hung up on her. Dominos seems to be headed back to the days of spitting in people's pizzas.
