The folks at Aroma coffee offer unrivaled customer service. The deliveries are always on time and in the rare event that one of our machines is down or we are in need of an expedited coffee delivery, Aroma always comes through. The coffee and tea selections are fantastic and cost effective. The employees at Aroma treat our employees like family. I would highly recommend this company and the service they provide.

Aroma Coffee is more than just a delivery service we have only had 2 delivery men (Jim and now Mike Smeltzer) since I started here in 2010. That says a lot about a company. They don't just drop your order and leave, they look at your supplies and make sure you don't have too much or too little, they ask if there are any issues with items and they stop to say hello and ask how you or even how past employees are doing. They genuinely care about the people they come across and the service saves us from having to go to the store and lug huge boxes of supplies or to even check to see if we are out or not.

I'm very happy with Aroma Coffee Service. We have been a customer since Feb 2016 and everyone I deal with is super nice and friendly. Any time we need something in a hurry, one of the gentlemen go out of their way to bring it to us the very next day. Our driver Travis is super awesome and is always so nice. Our orders are always correct. This company gets 5 stars from me!!
