Bad service!!! I call to book a table for 7 people, including a 3-year-old child, and a sediolone for my daughter. The girl on the phone confirms my reservation for 21:00. Arrived at the club, the owner tells me that Saturday does not accept reservations and that “think” was a takeaway order so I tell him that it could never be like this also because, not only had booked a sediolone, but I did not even communicate the sandwiches to retire. Vabbè, overcome this first obstacle, at 22:10, then, after more than an hour, we finally sit at the table. The sediolone had disappeared and I was forced to ask the owner first and then to 2 waiters to have it and sit down my daughter. Waiting time: 30 minutes. Meanwhile, other customers, who came after us, ordered while we were waiting. Only after urging one of the waiters approached the table to collect our reservations. 23:15, having seen that other customers, arrived after us, had consumed and had gone, and that it had remained, besides my, only another table with 2 people, I call the owner and tell him that it is unmistakable such a situation also because at my table there is a child of 3 years waiting for a simple burger to the dish and a pregnant woman who ordered an entrecote. The owner, instead of apologizing, begins to invent absurd excuses and shows me the “fogliettini” of the ordinations, reddening words that I did not understand. Result??? We waited for more than 3 hours to consume sandwiches that have nothing exceptional and that we were served only after we were “make us feel”. When you pay the bill, with the empty room, the owner is not even at the cashier to ask “discuss”. It would have been a good gesture but, perhaps, for some people it is difficult to do it even when they “go back rotten”. As per title: MAI ’!!!
The courtesy, the quality of the products, the kind and education and this is missing today in the super sponsored premises. They make you feel at home and it is the most important thing for a customer who first enters a local .for me 100
