Friendly and empathetic manager given the situation but very disparaging employee... This employee definitely has no place in customer service. I preferred to exit rather than continue with the order. Definitely I will not return to this restaurant if this employee stays in place.

We went to Subway Repentigny around 7:23 p.m. and the young man (Marc-André who served us took the time to answer my questions (because I have a gluten allergy . He tried to find a menu corresponding to my dietary restrictions, he also found out a little more about this issue in order to be even better equipped for his future clients! Please note that we were going to leave before he was interested in my problem, because there was no gluten-free bread... and we still ordered from this restaurant thanks to its service and its suggestions, thank you again!!
