Me Lou's Barbecue Catering - SANTA YNEZ

Cindy and Brian were the best caterers for our wedding. We looked at some different caterers, but going with them wasn't a brain. They have not nickel-plated us and dimmed for everything, in fact they have not nickel-plated us and dimmed for everything. Most places you have to pay for the staff to be their hours, you have to pay for them to cut your cake, pour your champagne, etc. Cindy and Brian beyond amazing chefs are just amazing hosts and did all this with pleasure. And for the price you could think that their menu would be easier than other places, but the truth is their menu is just as big if not better than some of the fancier places. Everyone took care of the food. The last thing I have to say is that we ordered Halibut. During our wedding there was a hurricane in Mexico that did not make the cheaper Mexican healbutt available. Brian called me and asked if we could change to laugh, which I didn't want because I don't like salmon. We tried to compromise on other mild white fish, but in the end he called back and said he would order for us the more expensive cascade healing, as we wanted and what we ordered. That was such an amazingly beautiful thing to do for them, and we appreciated it so. Definitely use these guys!

Can't say enough how great this catering company is and how delicious the food was. You have our 210 people wedding last year, and rocked the Santa Maria style BBQ for us. We had our honeymoon on the Hollister Ranch and they brought the mobile kitchen and made it happen even though it was in the middle of nothing. Cindy and Brian were so sweet, helpful and even helped to keep a freaking bride quiet on the big day. We love them, can't wait to have another party they cook again!
