Great restaurant! I can't say enough how good the Brothers Restaurant is. From the moment we sat down our party was treated like we were the only people in the restaurant on a Thursday evening brimming with happy customers. If you haven't dined here I urge you to go. The food is wonderful. I had a park chop on a bed of mashed potatoes and homemade apple sauce over the chop. The chop was grilled to perfection. A good inch thick chop that was a pure delight. This is our second time at the Brother's and it will always be a place we'll get dinner when we travel to Solvang. Reservations are needed unless you get there right at 5 when they open, then you can sit at high top tables in the bar. What a fantastic tip we got while in Solvang last year. It is a MUST DO! We started with the calamari which was excellent along with the bread plate. Both my husband and I had the Filet which was made to perfection, the potatoes were amazing along with the vegetables. We will always go when we're in town.

Best meal we had on our trip and great, strong drinks. During the summer they have a local musician, Jeffrey Pine, playing on the patio in the evenings. Sets an excellent vibe and elevates the whole experience!
