Travel Centers Of America - Santa Rosa

Where do I even begin? To start, the parking lot appears to have never been striped. Additionally, the restaurants here charge over 30 dollars for a meal. Despite serving truck drivers, they close at 8pm due to understaffing issues. The restaurant itself seems to have not been properly cleaned in quite some time, with dirty toilets and overall disrepair. The showers are absolutely disgusting. It's time for America to wake up and realize that if truck drivers can't receive decent service while delivering goods, the entire system falls apart. Corporate America, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Wow. This is probably the last place I would choose to stop at. The gas prices are similar to other places, but the interior of the travel center needs some serious attention. The restrooms were a disaster. The first set of restrooms by Subway had urine on all the seats and the floor looked disgusting. I went to the other restrooms by the register and they weren't much better. There were three stalls, but the doors were falling off and two of them had a messy situation with explosive diarrhea. I guess I'll just wait until I get to Pilot before using the restroom.
