The food was flavorful, earning a solid four out of five stars. I particularly enjoyed the fajitas and enchiladas, which I highly recommend. I recently visited Santa Rosa and dined at Joseph's. The food was just mediocre, and unfortunately, my husband got sick afterward. However, the worst part of our experience was the service; the waitstaff were exceptionally rude. Overall, it was not a great experience, and I cannot recommend this place. This local bar has a charming atmosphere, but the service left much to be desired. The waitress seemed unfamiliar with the menu and was unaware of the available dishes. She also didn’t know the Wi-Fi password. Additionally, there was no wine list provided. We waited 15 minutes for ice cream, only to find out that it wasn’t available.
