The marinara sauce, crafted by the owner, has a unique flavor that you won’t find anywhere else in Los Angeles or even the world—unless you visit one of her other restaurants. As a cheese pizza enthusiast, I have to mention the cheese. It can be hard to get cheese right, but this pizza nails it. I’ve encountered pizzas where the cheese was either bland or overwhelming, but this one strikes the perfect balance. Everything about this pizza, from the crust to the unique sauce to the BRICK OVEN it’s cooked in, is top-notch. I genuinely can't say a single bad thing about this pizza, and I assure you that my opinion isn't influenced by the fact that I work there. I enjoyed every bite, even licking the sauce and flour from my fingers when I was finished. Do yourself a favor and try some of the best pizza in LA—no debate. You probably won’t be disappointed. While I typically won't spend money on thin crust, this experience has definitely changed my perspective. If you’re not a fan, you might just become one after tasting this pizza. I’d almost be willing to pay anyone who can honestly criticize this pizza (though I won’t, given how people can argue about anything these days). It would be tough to find fault unless you’re being overly picky. My expert review is complete. Treat yourself to a slice or a whole pie, but hurry, because once word gets out about how amazing it is, getting a pizza will feel like a four-day wait!
It's interesting... I see so much negativity, but the Hut has been nothing short of a LIFESAVER for me! Fantastic service, great people, and AMAZING PIZZA!
