The BIANCA restaurant is like a hidden treasure where we were offered delicious dishes and a breathtaking view. Spaghetti with clams and bottarga top notch very tasty fried fish and we finished with a superb eggnog parfait!!!! The location, all furnished in white, made us feel like we were transported to a sea cloud. The outdoor terrace offers an unparalleled experience, with the sound of the waves lulling your senses as you enjoy an unforgettable lunch/dinner. We noticed that during the colder months you can enjoy the view of the sea thanks to the veranda closed by transparent windows. It's like being in a giant aquarium, only instead of fish, there are delicious dishes that make you feel like a fish in water. They even have a base on the rocks with direct access to the sea where you can sunbathe and enjoy a day of total relaxation. How I missed returning to Bianca! The welcome and the environment are always impeccable. The veranda with a view, especially after the recent renovation, gives you the joy of eating deliciously and immersed in the sea. Spaghetti with clams and space bottarga, always a certainty.
