Bangin Buns

Was really happy to see a new hot chicken place but was very let down at the basic bordering plain level of flavor and appeal. The pictures they show vs. what you get are 2 different things. The spicyness is there but no real flavor to back it up. The house sauce is pretty standard. Ranch is Hidden Valley or some other bottled dressing. At least it tastes like that. It's not an in-house ranch dip/sauce. The hot honey tastes like and is runny like vinegar and hot sauce. Idk what else to say. I have a favorite spot of another brand that shut down recently, and the other stores are few and far between. They are so good yet are struggling to stay open. Yet a place with this mid level food opens up? Step it up.

Who opens at 12 and is closed monday and tuesday? been wanting bangin bun for a long time and every time i want to get some there’s always something ??‍

Let's start with a warning. The heat is hotter than I anticipated. When I visit a new place, and they offer some assortment of spicy concoctions, I always go with medium. It's my respect for the limitation of pain from next day, also the level of heat they could bring.Their medium is pretty yum. Chicken is tender and juicy. The heat creeped in during 2nd half of the meal, oh yes, sneaky. I start to involuntarily chug gulps of soda. It was a good burn.Decent spot with freshly made comfort foods.

My favorite hot chicken spot that has been around for years now. They get the flavor to spice ratio right and the rolls and fries are great. I also enjoy the lemonade from time to time.

I always get the bangin fries and they never disappoint. Very good !!! In regards to the service and ambiance, I've never had any issues and they are always friendly.
