Sushi8 - Santa Fe

Every person in our group who tried the Hello Kitty roll ended up getting food poisoning, which was a terrible experience! When I called the restaurant to inform them, they didn't seem too bothered. This incident has completely put me off sushi forever. Stay safe and be cautious when eating at this place!

I really enjoyed everything we tried at this restaurant. My favorite dish was the sweet potato tempura roll.

I discovered this restaurant while shopping and it looked so appealing that I had to try it. I decided to order the bento box, which came with a variety of rolls, teriyaki chicken, rice, and spring rolls. Everything was freshly made to order and the cozy atmosphere made the meal very satisfying.

This sushi spot in Santa Fe is hands down the best. Treat yourself to the Sunny roll - it's a secret menu item you won't want to miss.

The sushi at this restaurant is a bit pricey, but incredibly tasty. Surprisingly, the menu items are not listed on the website (only on Grubhub), but I highly recommend trying the super vegan roll. The vegan options include appetizers like edamame, harumaki, and vegetable tempura; salads such as miso soup; various sushi rolls like inari, avocado, oshinko, cucumber, sweet potato tempura, and the super vegan roll; as well as hibachi vegetables.
