Recommended for a great stay if you want to explore the historic town. There was no breakfast available in the hotel but we found a great cafe a couple of blocks away.
I was here in February. I had a very pleasant experience. This hotel was very clean and appears to be newly renovated. It was just a couple blocks away from the plaza and I was able to walk to everywhere I needed to go. Because of its very central location, modern rooms, and cleanliness I will be staying here every time I come to Santa Fe.
Great location! Great staff! Clean and modern! Wifi is superb. Walking distance to everything. Manger is very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are very quiet. Bathrooms are very nice and all tile.
This is our 3rd stay at the El Sendero Inn, with my wife and I now regulars here whenever staying in Santa Fe. (1) The city's streets aren't very symmetrically laid out, and it's easy to get confused. But El Sendero is near the Santa Fe Plaza and right off West Alameda, which is a key east-west thoroughfare. This makes it direct and easy to connect to major streets in Santa Fe, such as St. Francis and Cerillos. (2) The rooms are well designed, clean, and with all the key amenities and comforts at reasonable cost. (3) The staff, headed by very capable and friendly Juan Carrillo, are always respectful and helpful.
Right off the plaza with lots of parking. Great service and Juan is always accommodating. If an extra blanket isn’t immediately available at checkin, they bring it over as soon as it is. We always stay there.
