Galisteo Bistro - Santa Fe

If you're looking for a break from the typical New Mexican cuisine in Santa Fe, this is the spot for you. I enjoyed every single bite! The steak, gnocchi, and chocolate dessert were all fantastic.

The restaurant is clean and elegant, yet not overly pretentious, featuring subtle touches of local decor. The staff is friendly and well-informed about the food and wine selections.

I passed by this restaurant one evening before Christmas and made a mental note that I definitely wanted to return for dinner. Tonight, I finally made it happen...

Very disappointed in galisteo bistro. we went because it is their last week, and we enjoyed the restaurant so much. the personal was not friendly. they seemed afraid to get us out. the owners never came to our table to even say hello, although they went around to other tables and check whether the commands were in order. our Cesear salad was the worst of all time - the romaine was brown at the edges. I don't care if they go, they leave their customers with positive memories. we're really sorry we left. we had a lot of choices, but wanted to eat here one last time. I know that this review will not mean anything because this restaurant closes, but I felt it was important to share my thoughts.
