Frogurt Self-serve Frozen Yogurt

We went to frogurt to treat my 4 years old for his birthday, and I have never treated so rudely in the many years as a frequent customer. I think it was a patti who has repeatedly taken toys away from our children and was annoyed when my 4 year spilled his yogurt. for a business that says being child-friendly and a happy place, it was totally disappointing to be treated like that. we felt uncomfortable and unwilling. I have brought my dissatisfaction of this woman respectfully to express and she was very dismissed. Typically, many are very friendly and welcoming and although he was present today, he did not confirm my complaint. I feel very disappointed and don't want to go back. when they look at their FB reviews, they can see how repulsive patti is and how it is not important to them to make the thing right or apologize. in their understanding, the customer will always be wrong and exert his rude behavior.

Sadly they're on the south side of town so we don't get to go there as often as we'd like! Yummy frogurt!!!

Tried to walk in with a fully registered service animal and was told by Dave and his employees that I couldn't enter with my service animal who had his vest and patches on to show he's a service and the older man who was in there disrespected my service animal as well by saying my dog was to dumb to listen to me and was to dumb to know it was located in doors

We love this place. It’s always clean and the people are so nice.

Nice little spot, frozen yogurt just as good as any. A decent variety of toppings and the crew was highly focused on sanitation, friendly, and informative.
