Dumpling Tea - Santa Fe

We ordered this takeout and were sad to find the dumplings were a little undercooked and doughy. We got a beef and rice noodles bowl with little spice and it was so spicy we couldn't even finish it, and this is coming from a local new mexican that loves super spicy chile. This place seems great, but it was sad to find that we were kind of an afterthought. Boba and tea was great though!

There is only one place in New Mexico that I know of that serves Suan La Mian (hot and sour soup). Having lived in Beijing, I crave these spicy chewy noodles. This place, makes the best I’ve had on the west coast. Top tier — get the veggie version , medium spice. Such friendly people and I always get to practice a little of my Chinese !

This is the BEST Chinese restaurant in New Mexico. I live in Albuquerque and Drive up to Santa Fe when I wanna have a true authentic Delicious Chinese meal. I order the Sweet and Sour Soup With Beef with an order of Red Bean Buns. Though you can throw a dart at the menu and hit an amazing Item. I Highly recommend this place YOU MUST TRY!
