Looks are deceiving...chocolates look great but its just not good quality or tasty! Owners response to most all of the drove of bad reviews is, what could we do to make your experience better? How about stop ripping people off and find someone who knows how to actually make good chocolates! Santa Fe has delicious desserts galore...this place is simply a tourist trap leaving a bitter taste in the mouths of guests who feel like they just got screwed!
Two small pieces of chocolate for $17, and a tip was suggested on top of that. ?? No labels for names, descriptions, or prices. Shady tourist trap. Caveat emptor! I do not recommend
I was lucky enough to find this wonderful store on yelp. My friend took the last mint and chip ice cream from the cart in the park so i went on a search to find ice cream nearby. I was so lucky this place popped up. It is in the back left corner of this shopping center. You walk in and are quickly greeted by the wonderful couple working. They even offered us samples as soon as we got inside. We even got to meet their adorable children. The store is adorable, and the decorations and cute. But let's talk about the chocolate! The first thing I noticed was the WHITE CHOCOLATE! So I know everyone loves milk and dark chocolate, you do you, but my favorite by far is white chocolate. They have artisan white chocolate. This wonderful white chocolate bark, this fruit dipped in white chocolate. I fell in love with the white chocolate, plain, nothing else added, just straight deliciousness. I could go on for days about how amazing this white chocolate is! I was happy to get ice cream, this was still my original goal, a lavender lemonade and a wonderful bag of white chocolate. I am so sad to say that my bag only made it with me to the airport because I finished it waiting for my flight. I truly wish they were much closer to me I would go all the time. So when they eventually have a store in California I will be all over it! If you are ever in Santa Fe, you have to check out this wonderful shop! I hear they even opened up a store in Albuquerque, if they would have been there while I was in Albuquerque for the conference, my wallet would have been in trouble. Seriously though check out their white chocolate, and their other chocolates as well.
Disappointed in receptor practices and price gouging. paid $17.76 for 2 chocolate front tent and a 4”x4” chocolate-laden. pretzels were covered with chocolate, which fell on the floor as they ate. chocolate was not as good as eating nestles chocolate half-sweet prices from the bag. she asked for acknowledgement, but she had no opportunity to print the reception and said it would be by email, but it was never received. I ate the substandard chocolate because I paid so much for it, but it was not satisfactory.
Overpriced everything. I have dipped a chocolate oreo (yes, the real brand oreo, they have not made it themselves) for $3. total I have 6 cookies for $24. they have no great choice at all and the chocolate is not fresh.
