Artfultea - Santa Fe

I had a wonderful experience at this tea shop, which offers an impressive selection of loose leaf teas, ranging from Pu erh to chamomile. They even provided me with a complimentary sample to enjoy while I explored their offerings. The service was excellent—staff were attentive and helpful without being overly aggressive.

I discovered this tea shop during one of my annual trips to Santa Fe a few years back, and it has become my favorite ever since. They have an incredible selection of teas, and I’ve yet to try any that I didn’t like. Their products are excellent quality, and they truly go above and beyond for their customers. I place orders a few times a year, and I'm always delighted to find handwritten thank-you notes on the shipping invoices, along with a complimentary tea sample included with every purchase. What’s great about the sample is that it seems they choose one based on the other items in your order, so you can try a tea with a similar flavor profile. The staff members are also consistently kind and helpful whenever I visit the store. I can’t recommend this place highly enough!

I had a very enjoyable shopping experience today. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, yet they were also respectful of my space and allowed me to browse quietly.

I found them on a trip to Santa Fe and now I order teas online. Everything I’ve had from them has been so delicious and they are the friendliest and most helpful people.

This is my second review of somewhere I have never been, but when I travel to NM again I will DEFINITELY have this place on my itinerary. My lovely sister gifted me a 24 Days of Tea Advent Calendar Box. I'm only in the first few days of Advent 2021, but I am thoroughly delighted with the daily cups of tea. Surprisingly, my favorite has been the Chocolate Strawberry. I'm not one for wild flavors in beverages so this one threw my palate into a deliriously delicious tailspin! I'm looking forward to today's flavor, Ginger Peach. I love ginger. I love peaches. I'm expecting a wild burst of two for one flavors!!
