Arby's - Santa Fe

I recently ordered food from Arby's and unfortunately, they forgot one large fry in my order. Additionally, the bottom bun of one of my half-pound Beef and Cheddars was moldy. I don't live in Pojoaque, so I had to travel quite a distance to get it for my family. It's frustrating, especially since the provided link doesn't work for my address.

I was on my way to Santa Fe for the day and feeling hungry, so I decided to stop for a sandwich and some tea. I went through the drive-thru and was served by the funniest and sweetest woman. I really wish I had gotten her name! She seemed middle-aged and I think she was a Cowboys fan. All I can say is that I had a fantastic experience at your drive-thru. She's definitely a gem!

If I could give this place zero stars, I definitely would. The only redeeming quality was the excellent customer service from the young girl at the counter. However, the experience was frustrating from the start. I was ignored at the order window for at least 10 minutes, and once I was finally acknowledged, it took another 5 minutes to place my order. I requested a bacon Swiss chicken sandwich and a ham and cheese sandwich. When I opened my meal, the sandwich was cold, had a slice of cold cheddar cheese, and was slathered in honey mustard—I'm allergic to mustard! To make matters worse, the ham and cheese sandwich ended up being a BLT instead. The only thing that was somewhat warm were the fries. Truly a spectacular dinner! (That’s sarcasm, by the way.)

Good. be careful for people on the parking lot. we don't know how to drive their big trailers. a man wouldn't move so I could go.

If I could give 0 stars, I would be, but at least the customer service of the young girl was great. first I understand substaffing, but, I was not recognized in the order window for at least 10 minutes and then, when I was it took another 5 or so minutes to place my order. I ordered a speck Swiss chicken sandwich together with a ham and cheese sandwich. when I opened the food, my sandwich was cold, had a piece of cold Cheddar cheese with honey. I'm allergic to sneezing. the ham and cheese sandwich turned out to be blt. the only thing that was lukewarm were the fries. spectacular dinner! (sarcasm)
